FAQ
When will my online order be shipped?
See our Shipping & Pickup information here
How far in advance do you recommend I place my wedding order?
You can place your order at anytime; earlier is better during peak wedding season as our order processing time will increase. When placing an order early, leave a note at checkout of your wedding date and prefer month of delivery. We will take care of it from there.❤️
How do I store my flowers until my wedding day?
We recommend removing bouquets from the shipping box and placing them upright in a jar/vase. A dry location away from direct sunlight will keep them picture perfect.
Do you preserve Wedding and/or Sympathy fresh flower arrangments?
Yes, see our fresh flower preservation services here
Do you do custom wedding orders?
We try to accommodate a minor customization request, such as adding in lavender or removing wheat, at no additional cost. Leave a note at checkout with your request.
How long will my dried flowers last?
They will remain beautiful for many months to years.
How do I care for my dried flowers?
No watering or light needed! Just dust your arrangment periodically; we use a blow dryer on a low cool setting. It is best to keep flowers away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity.
How do you dry your flowers?
Flowers are harvested at the optimal time and air dried naturally on drying racks to retain their vibrant color. This process takes 2-4 weeks.
How do you preserve your flowers?
We replace the water in the flowers with our proprietary natural plant-based preservative so they maintain a fresh like feel and appearance. Preserved products are maintenance-free; no water or sunlight needed and will remain beautiful for many months to years. It is best to keep preserved flowers away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity.
Do you grow your own flowers?
We grow and wild harvest many of our flowers. Sustainability and being kind to the environment is always at the forefront of our minds. Because the demand for our flowers now exceeds what we can grow as a family, we have developed relationships, over the past decade, with several farmers throughout the United States who help supply us with amazing product.
Do you use other types of flowers besides dried and preserved?
We use only natural products, no silk or plastic flowers.
Besides dried and preserved flowers, we use mulberry paper roses handmade from the fibrous pulp of the fast growing mulberry tree. They are gorgeous, durable, long-lasting and eco-friendly.
We also use wood sola flowers which are handmade from balsa wood. They are soft to the touch, durable, and have natural variation which makes each unique, just like flowers in nature. Sola flowers are naturally ivory in color and hand dye beautifully using our food grade natural dye.
