Return Policy

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery so we can review the situation and help resolve it.

If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused, good condition. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless there is a product defect or shipping damage.

Due to the natural nature of dried flowers, slight variation in color, size, and texture along with some shedding are normal and is not considered defects.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Approved cancellations are subject to a 5% non-refundable credit card processing fee. Once we begin creating your order, it can no longer be cancelled.
